Nestled between the Alps and the Po Valley, surrounded by palms, oleanders, olive trees, and vines that thrive thanks to the mild Garda microclimate, Lake Benaco (Lake Garda) has the spirit of a small sea. Its shores—touching three regions: Lombardy, Veneto, and Trentino-Alto Adige—are dotted with picturesque villages, beaches and small harbors, parks and nature reserves, and vibrant, sprawling towns.
While the eastern shore is known as the Riviera degli Ulivi (Olive Riviera), the western shore is called the Riviera dei Limoni (Lemon Riviera). Both offer a wide array of hotels, B&Bs, guest houses, campsites, and resorts.
For this specific accommodation facility, characterized by multiple residential units, Spazio Verde began by planting local Garda olive trees, whose bloom reaches its peak explosion during the spring and summer.
Secondly, regarding irrigation, a high-quality automated system with low water consumption was installed, while the lighting design featured low-energy LED fixtures. Finally, the project included the creation of an infinity pool with a traditional filtration system, steel, wood, and glass pergolas for the residences, and a green roof for each unit—furnished as a garden to ensure the low environmental impact of the entire operation.
The result? A garden that is a love song, a duet between a human being and Mother Nature.
