In the heart of the Middle Atlas mountains, where the ancient pulse of Morocco beats, Spazio Verde designed and realized the park of a Royal Palace. In a landscape where the peaks reach over 3,000 meters, we managed everything from the planting of winter-hardy species to the reforestation of cleared areas.

The estate features elements worthy of One Thousand and One Nights: a waterfall pool lined with Bisazza marble, an entrance fountain adorned with mosaics and alabaster, and a roadside marble fountain featuring 17 lion heads cast from exclusive Impruneta terracotta molds.

Technical mastery was shown through soil bioengineering (reinforced soil with cyclopean boulders) to support slopes, the construction of a helipad, and the use of Saudi Arabian marble and granite for building perimeters. The park includes a synthetic resin tennis court enclosed by intricate treillage structures. The irrigation utilizes high-automation pumping stations and sub-irrigation systems to maintain this oasis in the mountains.

The result? An oasis where one can stop to breathe and watch a single blade of grass grow.
