For the landscape design of this stunning seafront villa, Spazio Verde planted palms and other Mediterranean species that harmonize perfectly with the natural Ligurian scenery—a marvelous land of imposing mountains and rolling hills colored by the green of the Mediterranean scrub, overlooking the Ligurian Sea with its high, jagged coastline.
The focal points of this project include an infinity pool with an automated electric slatted cover and integrated whirlpool, pedestrian paths in Carrara marble, and spectacular mosaic-lined fountains with built-in planters. The entrance features a fountain with a mirror-pool and waterfall, alongside a purified pond for a collection of Japanese Koi carp, complemented by a dedicated Zen garden corner.
The project is completed by an outdoor kitchen and high-end furnishings, pergolas, and a gazebo (serving as a cover for the external kitchen). From a technical standpoint, the intervention utilized premium water-saving materials and drainage systems for the recovery of rainwater and surface runoff. The lighting design features dramatic low-consumption LED technology alongside functional service lighting. Additional high-tech features include a mist cooling system with aromatic vaporizers, heating lamps, and a distributed sound system throughout the entire property.
