Located in the province of Lucca, Versilia is a strip of land famous for its refined social life and lush pine forests. In this setting of golden beaches and historic villages, Spazio Verde realized the garden for a holiday apartment complex.
The botanical selection includes centuries-old Calabrian olive trees, bonsai olives, fruit trees, and large evergreen bushes. We installed a zoned Toro® irrigation system with remote control and rainwater harvesting systems with electronic probes. The lighting uses LED technology with IP67 AISI 316 L stainless steel fixtures for maximum salt-corrosion resistance and waterproofing.
Walkways and driveways were crafted in drainage architectural concrete with Carrara Marble curbing. At the entrance, a fountain with a sculpture features fully submersible IP68 spotlights. The project also features a penthouse roof terrace with synthetic grass and relaxation areas, and a powder-coated galvanized steel carport topped with photovoltaic panels. The property is adorned with large resin pots for specimen citrus and is secured by remote-controlled anti-intrusion and video surveillance systems.
The result? A garden where nature is like a book, always open before everyone’s eyes.
